• The property consists of a main house with one bedroom available and a separate Mediterranean style kitchen and dining • Set on 600 square meter walled garden • Main house is native style with hardwood floors and has an open plan • Master's bedroom has queen size four poster bed with en-suite toilet and bath • Daybed in the living room • 2nd toilet and bath down the hall • Tranquil, small town setting close to the beach and natural attractions The space We built this house as vacation home. As we are away for the most part of the year, we would like to share this special place with guests who would care to come to this part of Northern Mindanao to marvel at its many wonders. Guest access The main house and the separate dining, kitchen and lounge set on 600 sq. meters of grounds are accessible and for exclusive use of guests, and includes a big garden and parking inside. Other things to note In keeping with its design and purpose, this house intentionally has no AC. Natural materials like the nipa roof and strategically placed ceiling fans ensure the house stays cool and well ventilated.
