High windows, with a nice view, ventilate the rooms very well, in addition to the air conditioner. The sitting room is about 23 m2, on the ground floor, and has a large canapé that becomes a very comfortable double bed. In the same space there is also a corner office with an office chair and good wifi. The small wc (latrine) in the yard, without a bath, serves light needs of the ground floor. The comfortable toilet and bathroom is located on the upper floor, attached to the large bedroom, accessed by a wooden ladder. A cute canopy bed, with curtains in the upper part, gives a unique charm and warmth to the bedroom, creating extra privacy. The comfortable and bright kitchen is well equipped to serve the dietary needs of the guests -- In Mediterranean areas, outdoor areas are favorite places for breakfast or dinner, family gatherings, relaxation and even afternoon siestas in the summer. The large and beautiful ground floor yard of the house, is about 50 m2, surrounded by high Venetian Walls that protect it from the wind all year round, ensuring it is cool in summer and warm in winter, offering guests the inspiration to enjoy the wonderful mild Mediterranean climate in all its seasons year, spending many hours of their living at home outside, in the fresh air and under the sun. The swing in the yard offers relaxation next to the barbecue and in the corner reminiscent of an old Greek Cafe. The large and old lemon tree, the bougainvillea and the flowers, with the wonderful lighting at night, create idyllic images and romantic moments, making the stay at home even more beautiful. --A very old (of 1600 AC) iconostasis, situated in a corner of the yard, is dedicated to Saint Nicolas.
