The Lake House is within a 8 min drive to Tamworth - Pharma Well, LCBO, Stone Mills Family Mart Grocery. 20 minute drive to Napanee for additional needs including Grocery, Restaurants/Fast food, Canadian Tire, Walmart, Home Hardware, Service Ontario. At the end of the street, there is a gas station with essentials, gas, propane & worms. ***All garbage is to be secure in garbage/recycling bags and placed in the garage, garage PIN will be provided on check in*** If garbage is left on the property and it is not contained within a garbage bag, a $300 penalty will be charged. Please note group bookings should always bring their own large garbage bags, paper towel and napkins as our supply is limited to some guests expectations.*** Other things to note Other things to note There is ample driveway parking. Do NOT park on any grassed area and it homes the tile bed for the septic system. This can cause catastrophic failure of the septic system. If damage occurs to the septic system, a charge for repair will be submitted through AirBnB Please leave the Lake House as clean as it was when you checked in. All dishes and utensils cleaned/put away prior to check out - dishwasher available. **Septic System** Please only flush human waste and toilet paper provided. No hygiene products or flushable wipes Water is safe & drinkable from tap & fridge water dispenser, however it does have a ‘well taste’. If amenities onsite are not working or down for service, no refund will be available. We strive to ensure service is complete, but not always possible. WE WILL HOWEVER ALWAYS TRY OUR BEST TO HAVE THEM SERVICED AND READY FOR FUN !!! NO PETS ALLOWED. $3000 PENALTY WILL BE APPLIED!!!
