On the roof is the swimming pool with a beautiful view of the city of Manaus, including being able to see the bridge over the Rio Negro. There is also a hot tub. On the same floor, you will find a complete fitness center for you to keep in good shape, and a sauna. Guest access COMMON AREAS Our guests have free access to the common areas of the building: ・Swimming pool (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.) ・Fitness center (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.) PARKING: - Vehicle documentation must be sent for registration - It is important to always identify yourself when accessing the garage - Access instructions will be passed on via Chat BUILDING: - The building has a very good restaurant at the reception and they offer, in addition to meals, breakfast (breakfast and meals are not included, you will pay directly to the restaurant if you order something from the restaurant). It is necessary to change the number of guests to the correct number; - Minors are welcome with the authorization of their legal guardian; - Pets are not allowed; - No perishable foods are available: SALT, OIL and PEPPER; - We do not provide vessels, bowls or hashi; - This apartment has no protection network; - The use of the space is for temporary (residential) housing purposes and not for commercial purposes.
