This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is part of a 3 units DIY hostel (2 studios and 1 appartment) in the heart of Berlin Lichtenberg. The rooms were formally typical East German car garages and are becoming much rare objects. The 3 studio apartments offer a calm and green atmosphere in the heart of the city with a direct access to the garden. The space The "Bathtub" furnished studio is divided into a kitchenette, a toilet and a sleeping space with a queen size bed (160x200) and a bathtub. Cosy and ideal for 2 persons, the studio is 8 minutes away by foot from/to the Lichtenberg S-Bahn and U-bahn station which leads you to Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes. Buses are also around the corner and will lead you to Treptower Park, Kreuzberg, Neukölln or the lakes, within 20 minutes. Supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl, Edeka, etc.), Späti and pharmacies are 50 to 500 meters away. Guest access Guests have free access to the garden and access to the sauna is 20 Euros/1 hour. Other things to note We are also renting e-bikes, cargos and tandem, one of the best way to discover the green city!
