New Private Room for Vacation in Portimão
Description
The room is quite spacious, has a private toilet and kitchen facilities. The location is great, a 2-minute walk to the riverside area and a 20-minute walk to the Praia da Rocha. Quiet area. New apartment with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. It is located in a residential area and with a good neighborhood, so parties are not allowed, nor making noise that disturbs this quiet environment. There is a tourist fee that will have to be paid at the time of check-in, €2 per guest per night. Guest access Guests will have access to one use of the washing machine for every 5 days of their stay. Guests staying for less than 5 days may not use the washing machine. The air conditioning, as well as other electronic appliances or lights, should only be switched on while guests are in the room and need them. Otherwise, they should turn them off, in particular, when they are away from the house, avoiding excessive and unnecessary consumption. Other things to note The Portimão Tourist Tax came into effect on March 14, 2024 and applies to all overnight stays from March 14, and only reservations made after this date should be considered. The fee is charged per person/night in all tourist developments and short-stay establishments, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person/stay. The fee applies to guests aged 13 and over, and is applied throughout the year according to the stipulated amounts: • €1 per night per person, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay/person, between November 1 and March 31 - low season. • €2 per night per person, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person, between April 1 and October 31 - high season. As the Airbnb platform does not allow for the automatic collection of this fee, it will have to be paid by guests upon check-in. Registration details 129553/AL
