Resident Artist Suite downtown historic Route 66

This unique space is smack dab in the heart of Route 66 in West OK Coop Art studio. This loft style suite is located in the quaint downtown of Clinton, Oklahoma, and across the street from the historic Redlands Theater. Walking distance to antique, thrift stores, & locally owned boutiques. To the west, The Social Garden hosts seasonal public events on Th & Fri evenings w/ outdoor cocktail bar & grilled eats. With Rt. 66 cafe and Rt. 66 museum in town, this spot makes for a perfect home base. The space This Resident Artist Suit overlooks and is located in the back of West Ok CoOp art studios. This space offers one queen size bed located in the loft bedroom (fixed ladder access only), and one double bed pull-out sleeper sofa on the main floor. It includes a bathroom with claw foot tub and shower. Guest access Spaces limited, but there is a possibility of opportunity to explore West OK CoOp pottery, painting and print studio, music recording studio, skateboard indoor mini ramp, and theater room. This will need to be requested and approved upon request to ensure availability. Other things to note The bedroom (with queen size bed) is located in loft area of the suite. Climbing a fixed ladder is the only access to and from the bedroom.
