This catalan mas with its stone walls is a historic water mill from the 18th century. Located in a quiet area, it offers a superb view on the Pyrenees mountains. This is the ideal place for nature holidays with friends or family. The space The mill has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a mezzanine, an office, a kitchen, a large living room and a dining room with an extending table for 12 persons. Capacity of 12 adults / 15 persons max with children (3 double beds, 1 sofa bed, 3 trundle beds, 4 single beds). The cottage is fully equipped with air conditioning in the living room, WI-FI, TV (under Android TV), washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, iron, hair dryer + many books and games for children. In the garden, you will find a barbecue, swings, deckchairs. Other things to note For weekend rentals, flexibility to leave after 10 am if the house is not rented on Sunday evening. Large swimming pool of 12m x 6m (fenced ), open from May to September, from 7 am to 10 pm.
