Urban Farm Oasis! Unwind in large, private outdoor space with couch, table, games, and hammock. This Tiny Home is spacious, private, and offers plenty of entertainment opportunities. Privately situated behind my house. No need to drive! Short walk to restaurants and entertainment in Downtown Hapeville including a local theater, coffee shops, Porsche Headquarters, a brewery, parks, restaurants, bars, health food store, yoga. Ten minute drive to downtown Atlanta and 5 minute drive to Airport. The space About the Tiny House: This Tiny Home was built with artistry and love behind my home in Hapeville, Ga, just minutes from Atlanta and Hartsfield Airport. It is fully detached and private; the entrance is at the end of my driveway. This is an urban farm setting with a large garden in the front and chickens in the backyard. You will hear and see the chickens when outside in the patio, but it is very quiet inside. Kitchen: In the kitchen you will find an assortment of teas, a hot water percolator, coffee maker, coffee, creamer, and snacks. There is a full sink, dishes, refrigerator, a two burner stove top, convection oven, and pots and pans for cooking. Large Screened in Outdoor Patio: Relax in a large outdoor patio with screened in windows. Outdoor space has a couch, table for two, and a hammock to relax and unwind. Sip coffee in the morning while watching the chickens, and feel free to throw them some snacks (provided by host)! Bedroom: Queen size bed located in upstairs loft accessible by user friendly ladder (see pics). Walkable: In the Tiny Home, you will find a list of restaurants and activities that you can walk to, as well as great places that are a short drive. Endless entertainment for those who want to stay local and perfectly situated for those who want to head into the downtown Atlanta. Pets: If you are traveling with a pet, please message me ahead of time and confirm that they are clean, well trained, and housebroken. The pet fee is 50 dollars per pet, which covers up to a week. After a week, there is a 5 dollar service charge per night per pet. Pet rates are reduced for monthly stays; please email me for rates. There is a large park for exercising, dog park, and many pet friendly restaurants in walking distance : ) Parking: Convenient, free side street parking is available. Parking instructions will be sent upon booking. Laundry: Free laundry services are available to long term guests ( 3 nights or more) Kitchen: Fully Stoked Refrigerator, conventional oven, 2 plate burner, cooking supplies, French press, regular and decaf coffee, teas, hot water, microwave, plates/utensils Guest access Tiny house, private entrance, and outdoor screened in patio that is connected to the tiny house. Other things to note You are in a very key location for travel - very close to the airport while also minutes from the heart of Atlanta
