This is the perfect homebase for your family vacation. It has something for everyone. Adults can relax by the fire pit or nice patio furniture while watching The kids play in the large covered sand box or saucer swing. Want some privacy? Cozy up with a nice book in the hammock or on the front patio with views of pikes peak. Stay in and watch a movie on the 55 inch tv with sound bar and several streaming services provided. The space 1000 square foot house with 3 beds 1 full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized mattress and access to 1/2 the closet. Bedroom 2 is a bunk with full and single and a third single mattress that pulls out on the floor. Bedroom 3 is a kids room with 1 toddler mattress a standing desk with monitor and kids toys. You have access to entire backyard with gas and charcoal BBQ, fire pit, patio with sting lights and dinner seating area. There is also a large 8x6 foot sandbox with toys. I have a high chair, Infant bathing sling, walking toy, and pack and play all available for sure. The kitchen also has (not pictured) a crock pot, air fryer, toaster, small blender, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, two baking dishes and most Utensils you would need to prepare most meals.
