Firepit when burn ban not in effect. 5 minute walk to Westcott Bay Shellfish Company. 5 minute drive to Roche Harbor resort with marina, kayak rentals, grocery store, cafe, bar & grill and fine dining. Amazing sunsets. Relaxing jacuzzi tub with garden window. Soft lighting on deck for cozy evenings with grill and firepit table. The space Single family home built by us in 1990 and enjoyed by 4 generations. We have upgraded the full bath to include a jacuzzi tub with garden window. Plenty of parking. Children welcome but be careful with steps and firepit. There is a swing, tetherball and basketball. No pets. Guest access Enjoy the paths and seating areas. Garage, carport and tool shed are private. There is some wood in the woodshed, but we ask that you use it minimally so that we don't run out. Firewood is available in many locations on the island. And be aware of any burn bans during the summer season. Keep the blue bucket full of water. Fires must be extinguished when you go inside or leave the premises. Other things to note Self check in.
