Villa Elit 2 is a modern villa in Pula near the sea with a private pool. The villa can accommodate up to eight people in four bedrooms. It is a semi-detached house and shares a wall with its sister villa. Both villas Elit 1 and Elit 2 share a fully enclosed garden, but each villa is a self-contained holiday home with its own pool, terrace and two parking spaces. ID11 is located in the front yard. In the garden there is a private swimming pool and sun loungers. The space The villa has a spacious, bright and airy ground floor with a living room, dining room and kitchen. An additional bathroom is available here. The living room offers all guests enough space to enjoy their time together, for example watching their favorite sports team in an important match on TV or singing their favorite hits on the karaoke machine as a fun activity. On the first floor of the villa there are four bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, as well as a large terrace - the perfect place for the first morning cup of coffee or tea as the sun rises over the region. Guest access Use the BBQ in the garden to prepare fantastic meals to enjoy with your family and friends in the covered outdoor dining area. Behind the house there is a children's playground, which is shaded during the day, where your children can play carefree.
