You will be greeted by playful squirrels who jump from tree to tree, sounds of birds chirping & roadrunners. Relax and enjoy! The space KEYPAD ENTRY for guests convenience. LIVING ROOM has a Ceiling Fan, Sofa and Loveseat for comfortable seating for the whole family. There is a large Smart TV mounted on the wall with access to Netflix, YouTube and Local Channels for your viewing pleasure. DINING ROOM is adjacent to the Living Room with a Round Table for four. It has a full wall of windows with relaxing views. KITCHEN is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee pot and mugs, pots, pans, utensils, bakeware, microwave, full sized appliances and most everything you need to cook at home. There is also a large Island with 4 bar stools. OFFICE SPACE is adjacent to the kitchen with a desk and chair, perfect for anyone working from home. DEN is set up as a bedroom. It is adjacent to the Kitchen. A wall of curtains separte the two areas for some privacy as well as a Trifold Panel. There is a KING SIZE TRUNDLE BED with a 3 inch Memory Foam Toper, Sateen Sheets and quality Pillows for a good nights' sleep. There is a Chest of Drawers, Lamp Table, Chair and Ceiling Fan in this space. The Dressing/Laundry Room is adjacent with a sink, mirrow and large counter over the washer/dryer to set luggage and/or morning prep items. MASTER BEDROOM is huge. It has a QUEEN BED with a 3 inch Memory Foam Topper, Sateen Sheets, quality Pillows for a good nights rest. There are 2 chest of drawers, a dresser and a ceiling fan. MASTER BATH is accessed thru the Master Bedroom. It features a double sink vanity with plenty of room to get ready as well as a large shower and separate tub. BACKYARD PATIO is the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening adult beverage and relax with the family. There is a Patio Table and Chairs for 5/6 and a Swinging Bench. The switch to the string lights in the yard is located on the far left side of the patio on the brick wall behind the potted Palm Tree. WASHER/DRYER in the Laundry/Dressing Room is available for guests. WIFI is readily available throughout the home. There is also an Alexa device in the Dinning Rm to assist you with information or to play your choice of music/talk show. To activate just say "Hey Alexa" then tell her what you want. "Alexa" is an amazing virtual assistant. SECURITY CAMERAS: We respect your privacy but know that there are security cameras covering the perimeters of the outside of the house for your safety and ours. HOUSE RULES: 1. Regarding PETS- If you want to bring a Pet you will need to first get approval from Host. No more than 2 pets allowed in my home. We are pet friendly but ask that pets please stay off the furniture. If pets are left in the house while you are gone you will need to crate them. Previous guests have confined their pets to a room but that resulted in damages to my home. Dogs have chewed trim, doors, window ledges etc in the past. Not good! PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS: PICK UP DOG POOP IN THE YARD, CLEAN SLOBBER OFF WINDOWS, WALLS, DOORS AND SWEEP THE FLOORS TO TRY TO GET UP THE DOG HAIR PRIOR TO CHECKOUT. House Cleanning Services can charge an extra $50-$100 for the extra cleaning required due to some pets. This extra cost will be forwarded to you for payment. WATER FOUNTAIN: Please do not turn on the outside water fountain. SMOKING inside/outside the home is strictly prohibited. Only 4 Guests allowed to stay the night. Any more than that would be in violation. Please check with Host to further discuss the possibility of additional guests staying the night. PARTIES/"GATHERINGS" are not allowed. Guest access Guests will have access to the main areas of the home: Living Rm, Dining Rm, Kitchen with large Island, Office Space with Desk, Den with King Trundle Bed, Laundry/Dressing Rm with sink, mirror and a large counter over the Washer/Dryer for your luggage and/or morning prep station. * MASTER BEDROOM is huge with a wall of windows overlooking the back yard. It has a QUEEN Bed and Sofa. It is also furnished with 2 chest of drawers, a dresser and a ceiling fan. *BATHROOM is accessed thru the Master Bedroom. The bathroom has a large granite counter with double sinks, a huge shower and separate tub. * DEN is adjacent to the Kitchen. It has a KING TRUNDLE BED with comfortable bedding and a 3 inch Memory Foam topper for added comfort. It is separated from the Kitchen by a wall of curtains and a TriPanel divider. This space is also furnished with a Dresser, Chair, Lamp Table and Ceiling fan. There are a few cabinets inside and on Patio, closet Items and doors that have been secured or labeled "Housekeeping Only- Please keep out". Please comply with these requests. If there is anything you need or enquiries please don't hesitate to check in with us. Other things to note Please notify Host of exactly how many guests will be staying prior to booking. Also, you will need to request approval from Host regarding Pets prior to boodking. It would be helpful to know breed, age and weight so that we can better anticipate needs. No more than 2 pets could be approved.
