In winter, parking is available at the front, next to the main house's driveway. They are connected to snow removal and opportunities for engine warmers. Gravel walkways are down to the house from the front. May need snow removal if necessary (December - March). Other things to note 120 meters to outdoor gym and 90 meters to fireplace next to the bay. Both of these are public and shared with the public. Coop, pizzeria and 360TC (gym) are accessible via 700m bike path along the water. The residence is located at about 6-7 km distance to Northvolt.
