Located in Stationsbuurt Zuid, you can find this fantastic studio/apartment. Ideally located near the STAM Museum and Kask, near entrances and exits of highways but still close to the center of Ghent. This studio is located on the ground floor of the building (about 10 steps up to the entrance hall). It has been renovated and stylishly decorated with an eye for detail, which ensures a relaxing atmosphere and stay. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the amenities you would need (check our profile for details). A Nespresso (Magimix) coffee machine is available. You do not need to bring your own coffee cups. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink with hairdryer and is located between the kitchen/dining area and the bedrooms. There is a pleasant and green decorated terrace downstairs of the building to relax outside. This is to be shared with the other apartments/studios. There is no baby cot and high chair provided. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is a Smart TV with Netflix option (with own account), no cable channels or national TV. There is an efficient check-in and check-out process. Paid parking on the street (except on Sundays). More details will be given at the time of booking. In addition, you can reserve a parking space in advance via SparkSpot. This platform offers available parking spaces in the area and is often cheaper than street or public parking lots.
 The building does not have an elevator. To reach the Studio, you need to go up about 10 steps. In the house you will also find: - Clean 100% cotton sheets and towels (Witte Lietaer) - All beds are made upon arrival, so you can immediately enjoy your stay. - Basic amount of shampoo and shower gel is provided in the bathroom - Hair dryer is provided We really hope you enjoy your stay in our accommodation and let us know how we can make the experience even greater for our next guests! Guest access Entire space plus amenities for the building is included in this rental. Please, act as if you are at home. The accommodation is completely private, neither I nor other guests stay in the accommodation during your trip Other things to note These are some of the measures we take to provide you with a safe and enjoyable stay: - Pets are not allowed. - Check in is possible from 4 p.m., check out at the latest 11 a.m. - Our accommodation is cleaned by a professional cleaning team. - We provide professional bedding and towels. These are washed at a high temperature by a professional laundry company. - We work with a self-check-in system, so you can check in yourself on arrival without meeting anyone. - Please remember that you are staying in an accommodation, not a hotel. - Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. In order to protect our accommodation and stay up-to-date with current regulations, you will be asked to fill in a document after booking regarding an exemption/deposit. You will have the choice between: 1) A partially refundable deposit 2) a non-refundable exemption amount. The latter option is recommended because it protects you in the event of damage that may have been caused during your stay.
