Cosy 1st Floor Bedroom with separate Shower Room

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Double Bedroom with Small Double Bed, Wardrobe and Chest of Drawers. Separate Closet for coats etc and Cupboard opposite Bed. Work Space: fold up table and comfy fold up/down chair Separate Shower room right next door to bedroom is not shared with other guests, just myself and my sons when they visit on the rare occasion (they both live 200 miles away) NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN OR BABIES - SORRY. The space The Room is situated on the first floor above the lounge and has a separate Toilet with shower, hand basin, medicine cabinet, mirror with light above, central heating radiator and lockable door. On the very rare occasion it will be shared with either myself or with my 2 sons when they visit me. All communal areas on the ground floor, ie Lounge, Kitchens and back courtyard are shared with other guests that may be staying at the same time. Guest access My guests are made to feel at home and comfortable. The whole of the ground floor is for the use of all my Guests but on the odd occasion I will be at home and will only use the back kitchen if I need to cook. I have 2 son's who live 200 miles away, so on the very Rare occasion; when they visit they will be spending their time in an upstairs bed room and will also use only the back kitchen to prepare coffee etc. Mainly, all my guests have the complete run of the ground floor including patio area and driveway. During your stay If I am out I am always reachable by phone. When I have Guests, I never turn my phone off so will always be available if needed. Other things to note The property is situated in a quite village and as a courtesy to my direct neighbours I would like noise to be reduced to a minimum after 10pm.
