The "Balcony on the Sicani APARTMENT" is a delightful Vacation Home, designed for families, groups or parties, consisting of a recently renovated, air-conditioned, comfortable and cozy three-room apartment, with modern furnishings and attention to detail. We are in the historic center of Cammarata, which developed in the Norman period, perched on a cliff about 700 meters above sea level, characterized by alleys, arches and patios in front of the entrance to the Live Nativity scene. The space The accommodation consists of a large bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a large kitchen, a living room with a queen-size sofa bed, two bathrooms, a washing machine, a balcony, and, if needed, a portable crib and a high chair. It has a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, an iron, an ironing board, a hairdryer, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. Bicycles can be parked in a guarded garage about 300 meters from the property.
