Welcome to our stylish Galleria inspired home, in South Side Richmond VA. You will experience a true essence of local artists and how they inspire our community! Galleria South is centrally located for everything in Richmond Virginia. We are only 5 minutes away from the James River and Forest Hill. And located about 10 minutes from Church Hill, Downtown, Carytown, The Fan, & Museum District! The space You will experience a true essence of local artists and how they inspire our community. Every piece of art through out the home was created by a local Richmond Artist! There is a dedicated Art Space for you to create, feel inspired, and appreciate during your stay. This space can also be used as work station. You have a spacious Living Room and Dinning area to enjoy. We have a Roku TV where you can log into your personal streaming platforms . WIFI is included through out the home. There is have a comfortable pull out sofa that can sleep two and chair to lay back and put your feet up. We also provide a few fun games to enjoy through out your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking essentials. There is a Keurig machine, toaster, microwave, mixing bowls, wine glasses and pots and pans. We offer complimentary coffee and teas! The two bedrooms have gel memory foam mattresses (queens). There is a laundry room in the back with a Washer and Dryer. We also offer complimentary clothes detergent, fabric softener, and bleach. The large back yard is a great place to enjoy the outdoor space. There are six chairs and a fire pit with a built out deck! Guest access Parking is located on the street right in front of the house. We have modern equipment to help you easily access Galleria. The Yale Lock allows quick entry and Ring cameras placed on the front, back, and side entrances of the home help maintain security. Other things to note We allow a maximum of 6 guest, there are no parties or event allowed at this property. Quiet hours are in place from 10PM to 8AM, we ask that you please respect and be considerate of the neighbors. *Fully fenced backyard *Pet friendly - Our pet fee is $70. An additional $20 fee will be charged for a more than 2 pet stay. We will request the charge once reserved. *Fully equipped kitchen with appliances *On-street parking available *Pet Rules - Please try to wipe paws before entering the house. Pets are not allowed on the beds or couch, if we have stains or marks that we cannot remove fees may apply. While off the property please keep your pet on a lease or in a crate to ensure the safety of the public and your pet.
