It is located on a popular street in Seville, next to Plaza del Ayuntamiento and the iconic Plaza del Salvador. From here it will only take 5 minutes to get to Seville Cathedral and 6 minutes to the Alcázar. It is a first floor and accessible via elevator if desired without the use of stairs. The closest paid private parking is a 3-minute walk away (Cuesta del Rosario). New apartment located in the heart of the city, in one of the most popular streets and a few minutes walk from the most important monuments (Giralda, Catedral, Alcázar, Archivo de Indias, etc.). It combines a great gastronomic offer in the surroundings with silence and tranquility inside the apartment. Guest access It is on the first floor and can be accessed by elevator if you wish without using the stairs. The nearest private paid parking is a 3-minute walk away (Cuesta del Rosario). Upon arrival you will find the beds prepared with sheets and a set of towels per person (one for the sink and one for the bathroom). We offer this same equipment regardless of the time of booking. If you would like extra towels or sheets during your stay, we are happy to provide them for a small additional fee. Other things to note Arrival at the apartment: - From the airport: at the exit you can find numerous taxis, Seville also has an Uber or Cabify service but they will pick you up at the airport parking. Estimated duration to the apartment 20-25 minutes and the price varies between 20-30€. * Fast option *. You can make use of the EA bus (airport line) which has a total cost of approximately 4€/pax, it will leave you within a 12 minute walk from the apartment. Estimated duration to the apartment is 50 minutes. You should get off at the Paseo de las Delicias stop (next to the Torre del Oro) * economic option *. - From the train station (Santa Justa): It is a 26-minute walk away. If you wish you can make use of the 32 bus which will leave you 7 minutes walking from the apartment, has a cost of about 1-2€ and can arrive in 20 minutes to the accommodation. You will also find the option of taxis at the entrance or from Uber and Cabify services that their price can be between 5-15€ with an estimated duration of 10 minutes. - From the bus station (Plaza de Armas): It is 18 minutes (1.4 km) on foot. You can take bus number 21 or C4 which will take about 15 minutes approximately, it has a cost between 1-2€. There is also the possibility of taking a taxi at the entrance of the station or the Uber and Cabify service with a duration of approximately 20-25 minutes to the apartment and a price between 10-15€. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT INFORMATION: Early Check-In: Subject to availability and has an additional charge of €50. Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and has an additional charge of €50. LUGGAGE: In the guide we send them, they will find some places (slogans) to leave their belongings until they can check in. Same for check out day. We cannot take care of the luggage. OTHERS For monthly stays, water and light supplies will be included up to €100 per month. From this amount it will be the guest who takes care of the difference, the corresponding invoice being delivered by the accommodation to verify the expense. During the stay, more people than those indicated in the reservation will not be able to access the property, therefore access to the property is prohibited for people who are not registered as guests. Failure to comply with this provision will result in the extra charge of 50% of the amount of the full stay as a penalty, or, failing that, the immediate expulsion of the accommodation.
