Inflatable hot tub. For 6 people. The materials set the tone for Autun's architectural richness. The space Beautiful house of just over 100 m² with 3 spacious bedrooms and a large living room. One in the extension of the historic part facing the view, the other two on the upper level with the same view. There is a bathroom, with a cast iron bathtub on the ground floor and a shower room on the upper level. Two separate toilets with hand basin on each level. There are RJ45s in every room, allowing you to telecommute easily. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the house. Quiet accommodation on the edge of the forest and yet very close to the most beautiful tourist sites of the city. There are 3 bedrooms. - One on the ground floor with a double bed of 160 cm (2 dressing rooms) - A large bedroom on the 1st floor with a double bed of 140 (1 dressing room/a dressing desk) and an extra bed - futon (double mattress on the floor) for 2 people - A large bedroom on the 1st floor with a double/twin bed of 160. (1 dressing room/ office/library) the latter on request will be divided into 2 single beds or 1 bed for 1 couple. A laundry area, with washer-dryer and worktop, allows you to manage your laundry during your stay. The outdoor area offers an incredible panorama with two areas, one for relaxation with deckchairs, with a plancha/electric barbecue area and another area for lunch and an aperitif facing the view with bench and dining table. In case of long stays, our concierge service comes to clean every week. This is included in the rate. A cellar is at your disposal, to store bikes or other sports equipment. The downhill tracks are nearby. We can accommodate riders accompanied by their horses. A meadow can be made available to you, to do this contact us. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and its outdoor courtyard with superb views of the city. But also to one of the cellars to store your bikes. We also have the option to reserve a meadow for you to put your horses in. Other things to note We have installed a wood-burning stove to have an alternative to electric heating and thus be able to benefit from the comfort of the flame. You will have at your disposal everything you need to light it and heat yourself during your stay in the cellar. For long stays, a contribution will be requested if you want more. The hot tub is available from May 1 to October 1.
