Our home boasts light and airy rooms throughout, and is located over two floors. On floor one, you will have your own bright living room area complete with a 50" flat screen SMART TV, perfect for unwinding and relaxing. Alongside the designated sitting room, our home has a separate dining room and kitchen complete with all amenities for your comfort, including fridge, microwave, toaster and washing machine. There is also a modern toilet and sink. On floor two, bedroom 1 has a beige plush velvet divan bed frame with a comfortable soft-medium mattress, bedroom 2 has a sturdy metal king bed frame with a a super comfortable soft-medium mattress and bedroom 3 has a grey plush velvet divan bed frame with a comfy medium mattress. The upstairs bathroom is complete with a bath to soothe those aching muscles after trekking through the hills, or to simply relax and unwind. Bathrooms are located on both floors for convenience and all bedrooms have modern touches and a cosy feel. Our home also has large back garden for your exclusive use. Situated close to local shops, cafes, restaurants and within walking distance to local transport links makes this home the perfect base to explore Glasgow and beyond. OTHER OBSERVATIONS: ● No extra guests are allowed without prior consent. ● No pets. ● Strictly no parties or smoking allowed inside. If your plan is to do such please book elsewhere since no refund will be given for your stay and law enforcement will be notified instantly. ● In order to maintain the cleanliness, for stays longer than 3 weeks, our housekeepers would need to do a full clean and the cost for this will be absorbed by the guest. Guest access ✔️ Guests will have access to the whole property. ✔️ Guests will have access to free parking at the property. ✔️ No extra guests are allowed without prior consent. We are fortunate enough to have a lovely relationship with our neighbors, please preserve this by adhering to the rules about no parties or loud music after 11pm. Other things to note *Please note the property is fitted with a noise-detection device. **Please note that smoking and parties/events are strictly not allowed. Our neighbours have our contact number and will inform us along with local Police immediately if this rule has been violated. No refund will be given. ***Cot & highchair available on request. A £25 fee is charged if any items are required. **** We offer a transport service to help make your stay stress & hassle free. So, if you need picked up or dropped off anywhere, let us know! *****In order to maintain the cleanliness, for long stays, our housekeepers would need to do a full clean every 3 weeks and the cost for this will be absorbed by the guest. ⚡ In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully.
