On the first floor, there is a sleeping area with a large double bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony. On the second floor, a living area with breathtaking sea views: bathroom, balcony, kitchenette and living room (sofa bed for 2). On the roof, an enchanting terrace for unforgettable moments. The space The apartment is built on 4 floors: -the entrance, l-a room/shower/bathroom/balcony, - kitchen/living room with sofa bed/bathroom toilet - terrace. The various floors are connected by an internal staircase, renovated but original from the early 1900s, not too wide, and by a completely new external staircase. It is NOT a structure suitable for people with disabilities or difficulties in climbing and descending stairs. Guest access Directly on a cobblestone street behind the port, a 1-minute walk from the beach and all the restaurants and shops. There are no climbs or descents to reach the property, it is at sea level. No uphills. Other things to note Air conditions are provided both in the bedroom both in the sitting room. You can travel light to Pythagorio, the stairs are not suitable for huge suitcases. You will be provided of two beach pareos and a beach bag. The terrace is not suitable for small children. A request of payment will be received by the guests right after the reservation is confirmed. If this requirement of Greek authorities is Not collected, the reservation will be cancelled.
