Located in the Portuguese Silver Coast, the villa is located less than 2 km away from the closest beaches, restaurants, nature trails, water sports and the beautiful bay of Sao Martinho do Porto is reachable by walking distance. While you have access to many activities in the area, you can enjoy the peace of the location of our house. The house has 3 modern bedrooms (max. 6 people) providing all the comfort you need, with a scenic view on the valley. There are 3 bathrooms from which one is included in the master bedroom. The living area consists of an open kitchen and living room with views on the garden and private swimming pool. The garden is equipped with a lounge, dining table and sun loungers & BBQ. The open kitchen & living room are equipped with all comforts and utilities. In the lounge you can appreciate the beautiful views of Salir do Porto and refresh yourself in the private swimming pool. Heating of the swimming pool outside of summer is available and can be done at an additional cost of 15 euros/day (€75 min). Please mention this during your booking if interested.
