Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has a double bed. It is located next to a public boat launch on East lake, which can be enjoyed by all. The property is also adjacent to lakecroft which can be accessed by foot (a 5-10 minute walk) where stand up paddle boards, lakeviews and the most mesmerizing sunsets can bee seen. The location cannot be more ideal! A 10 minute drive to Sandbanks Provincial Park, 9 minutes into Picton, and 15 minutes to Waupoos, or Bloomfield Wellington. Come on by and visit the wineries, enjoy a llama walk, restaurants, and artisan shops. Guest access Please note parking is available onsite but is limited to two vehicles. Additional vehicles will have to be parked behind the property. Guests will be sent the lock door access code the day of arrival along with the wifi password.
