The main bedroom features a king bed, large TV for your entertainment and one room includes a baby bed for families traveling with little ones. The den has a hide a bed for extra sleeping area if needed. * A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy the complementary snacks & waters :) * A washer & dryer for your convenience, ideal especially for longer stays. * Thoughtful touches throughout like throw blankets to snuggle up on the couch, creating a truly comfy & cozy atmosphere. Guest access Check yourself in and out using our front door Nest keypad lock. Prior to check in, we will provide you with a four-digit code that is easy for you to remember. On check in day, your code will be active at the front door at 4:00pm, unless you have made prior arrangements to check in earlier. You can come and go during your stay as you please. Once inside, everything is at your disposal (the only exception is one locked hall closet which is for our cleaning team. Please feel free to use the two-car garage. Here you can park two vehicles and enter the house with protection from the outside elements. Our driveway can accommodate up to two vehicles and two vehicles street parking directly in front of our house. You will be provided a garage door opener to use during your stay. However, there is a charge of $75 if you fail to leave it when you check out. Other things to note Please note that the number of guests, child/infant staying at the house must match the details provided in your reservation. * Please notify us if you are bring a Service Animal. Animals brought without permission will be asked to leave without a refund and charged $25 per day/per pet. We have a minimal additional charge of $10 (per guest/child, per night) after 2 guests. Additionally, we kindly ask that there be no events, parties/large gatherings or loud music to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone. Minimum of $500 additional charge for an unauthorized event, party or large gatherings. A gathering larger than 8 guests , must be approved by Hosts. Please feel free to ask. You as a guest agree to the following: The renter agrees to save, indemnify and hold harmless the owner, property manager, contractors, and their respective insurers, for any/all loss, damage, expense, penalty, personal injuries (including death), or loss of property sustained by any person whatsoever as a result of the use of any portion of the premises or surrounding area of the property. The renter assumes full responsibility for all persons' entering the premises during the renter's contracted time of stay.
