Nicely designed studio in a historic and charming farm land on the south coast. The studio has a double bed or two single beds. Good duvets, beddings and towels. The kitchen have everything you need to prepare your day pack or to cook, you can wash and dry your clothes. Fresh salat can be picked from the garden. The garden is a beautiful haven with lots of trees, shelter from the wind and a nice path along the creek that flows through it. You can sit outside and enjoy the sights and sounds The space Nicely designed studio at the ground floor of my house at Kirkjulækjarkot in historic and charming farm land on the south coast. View to the Surtsey Islands from the windows and to magnificent Eyjafjallajökull from the garden. The studio has a double bed or two single beds. Good duvets, beddings and towels. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a small freezer, a single hob for cooking, a kettle, coffee maker and everything you need to prepare your day pack or to cook. The entrance is shared with me and then you walk down some steps to your private hall with washing machine and dryer, you can wash and dry your clothes. You enter the 20 sq. m. studio one step down and through a sliding door. The W.C. is accessed from your private hall. There is another W.C. with a your shower in a hallway above the studio. The hallway is accessed through the common entrance. Guest access You have the basement for your self, everything is private except the entrance. This is a private apartment but the shover is above the studio. Other things to note There is a low ceiling (220cm) in the studio and you have to mind your head when you walk the stairs down to the ground floor. The door to the WC are extra low and cute as well :)
