Come and relax in our pretty "cocooning" house (self-builder – 2021). We have arranged it so that you have a pleasant stay. Its geographical position is an asset, it is located 50 m from the seafront, 200 m from a small beach and playground (la pointe du perche), 2 min drive to the center and its amenities (restaurants, laundromat, bike rental...) We entrust it to your good care so you can enjoy our beautiful region. The space Composition of the accommodation: Ground floor: - Living room/fully equipped kitchen area Mobile air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player, portable speaker. Available: Dish towels, shower mat, toilet paper, household products, tea/coffee/salt/pepper/oil/vinegar/sugar. - Bedroom with double bed (140 x 190 cm), large closet, large bay window overlooking the terrace. (sheets not provided) - Bathroom with walk-in shower (towels not included). - Toilet - Cellar Upstairs (cabin ladder): - Mezzanine bedroom with double bed (140 x 190 cm), dresser, chair, fan, 2 nightstands (with switch lighting at the top of the ladder). - Catamaran net where it's good to rest. Exterior: - Wooden gate with 4 panels (attached to the pillars) - 2 awnings (red for the large bay and white for the terrace) - Built-in BBQ, 2 deckchairs, garden furniture (table/storage box), dining table and 4 chairs Guest access the entire place is for guests with the yard Other things to note - The key box code will be provided 2-3 days before check-in. - The miller's ladder is quite steep so go up and down like a ladder for safety. - No cleaning fee = we ask our guests to clean before leaving.
