There is a washer and dryer located in the room right behind the bar. Our home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning with the exception of the downstairs bedrooms. All rooms have portable fans. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay with the exception of the garage. Community pool (open in summer months), tennis courts, golf course, pickleball, equestrian center, marina w/ boat & kayak rentals (closed October 1st - May 1st), Fisherman's Cove, Lakeside Café, 2 beaches, playground areas Other things to note No pets are allowed at the home. If we find you’ve brought a pet into the home. There will be an un-authorized pet fee charged after your stay. The home is in a gated community and HOA rules require all guests to pay $50 per each car in your group per duration of your stay. Smoking, vaping, hookah, e-cigarettes and other similar devices are not allowed inside or around the home. This is a mountain community. We sometimes experience internet and power outages that are beyond our control. During the winter we do experience some snowfall. Depending on the timing of the storm we may not always be able to clear the driveway prior to a stay. Space for 4 cars parked in the driveway. There is a steep side driveway that you may use at your own risk and may be icy during the winter months. NO street parking. Any fines incurred will be the responsibility of the guest. Quiet times are 10pm-7am. Please be courteous and respectful to the neighbors. There is a camera over the garage for security purposes that faces the street.
