"Up Top” at Ro & Oak House

This spacious (nearly 1,300 sq ft) apartment has the best of both worlds - a serene setting and a convenient downtown location. Just a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. Free on-site parking for up to two vehicles. The space The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment, providing a good deal of privacy. The front bedroom has a very comfy queen bed. The back bedroom has a full bed, 55" TV and leads to a small rooftop deck. The main living space has another TV, magazines, books and board games, as well as a yoga corner (including mats, blocks and bolsters). The bathroom has just been fully renovated and features a large soaking tub. Linens and towels are provided, as well as some basics in the kitchen. You’ll find tea, coffee and some snacks in there too. Guest access Full access to the entire apartment and rooftop deck. Other things to note This space is not appropriate for children under 12 years old due to several safety concerns, the most serious being that the rooftop fence has a few places that a child could get through. In order to create a peaceful setting for all of our guests, we have quiet hours and a visitor policy. Please review these before booking to ensure that the space is a good fit for your group.
