Nice private room in a rural townhouse

Feel like you're in the Tuscany of Spain just 6 km from Haro where the Centenary Wineries of La Rioja are located. Breathe in tranquility in a rural setting with starry nights. Start the day with coffee on our terrace or in our small, pleasant garden! Enjoy a spacious and independent room with a TV, kitchen, dining room, and desk, except for the bathroom, which will be shared. If it's hot, escape to the municipal pool just 30 meters from our house! The space The house has 3 floors. The first floor consists of: entrance, hall, shared toilet, kitchen and living room with wood-burning fireplace. The front and back garden, as well as the terrace that will be shared, can be accessed from the front door. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas. The rest of the floors are accessed via a wooden staircase. The ground floor consists of: garage and the room intended for accommodation. The top floor consists of 3 bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. One of them, the one in the hall on the upper floor, will be for guests who can use it privately. The exterior door gives access to the small front garden. You will climb a few stairs that lead to a small porch with the entrance door to the interior, from there you will pass to the foyer. The family kitchen is located just to the right as you enter. The hall of the house is next to the entrance, where there is a shared toilet and the stairs that give access to the ground and upper floors. The guest room is on the ground floor and has a 42-inch TV, a 1.40m double bed, and a 90 X 2m bunk bed. The mattresses are new. It has a closet with hangers, pants hangers, and two drawers with a blanket and a bedspread, if needed. It's a cool room for the summer. The two windows are small, so it's not very bright. You can enjoy our passion for reading if you wish with our small library that we have set aside for your use. Of course, we love books and respect them, so it's important to us that you take care of them and let us know if you want any recommendations. It is equipped with a two-meter table, desk, and a small kitchen with: dishes, two-burner ceramic hob, hood, small refrigerator, microwave, and sink. You have a laundry basket and accessory shelves for organizing your things. Guest access You will have access to the shared toilet on the main floor and the full bathroom on the upper floor, which you can use privately during your stay. You can access the outdoor areas: terrace, front and back garden; if you are a smoker, you can smoke here in peace. Entering the other rooms or the family room is not allowed. If you need to do laundry, you can tell us and we can do a load. You can hang your clothes on the terrace, which is very sunny. Other things to note One detail you should know is that my partner Alberto and I will take care of you. In addition, two wonderful, gentle, sociable, good, very calm and well-trained dogs are part of our family. Candy and Noa will steal your heart, no doubt. They are on the main floor of the house, your accommodation is on the lower floor. Although smoking is not allowed inside the house, it is allowed in outdoor areas such as the terrace and gardens.
