Pool not heated but jacuzzi can be heated upon request. You'll have a stylish bedroom with king-size bed and a shared bathroom. Located in a tranquil, "off the beaten path" rural setting, the villa is also minutes from shopping, main freeway, and restaurants - the best of both worlds. The space Shared areas with other guests include a fully equipped beautiful kitchen, pool, dining, living room and laundry. Room is spacious with a Queen size bed, custom built in shelves, large closets. Double sink bathroom, tub/shower combo shared with the guest in the next bedroom. One wing of the house is occupied by a professional who frequently travels and is a long term resident. He will from time to time be in the common areas but is often out. Other than a glimpse of him passing to his car in front of the villa, you’ll unlikely notice he is there. Guest access Access to a large fully equipped kitchen/living/dining/laundry and pool areas are shared. Pool is in the middle of the house and accessible to all guests. This is an adult pool 9 feet deep, children should not swim if adult is not in the pool. Swim at your own risk. The jacuzzi can be heated and turned on upon request. During your stay Owner's son lives in the house. Other things to note Pet fee is $100/pet, not per trip. The pool/jacuzzi is unique, solar heated, reaches optimal temperature in early afternoon and cools down by sunset.
