The villa "Les Restanques" located in a Private Estate, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, spread over 215 m2. There are 1900 m² of garden on several levels in the Provençal style, with a saltwater infinity pool. It is a 180-degree view made of living paintings that are offered to you in an exceptional setting: the village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence in the open countryside, the lights of the Mediterranean Sea at Cap d'Antibes, a sunset over the Estérel massif... The space The first level serves three suites. - The 1st is a master bedroom, the centerpiece of the villa with its door with extraordinary dimensions, its stone floor, its exposed beams and its imposing headboard of almost 4 meters, made of old Canadian wood. In the bathroom, the bathtub is another place to relax with an oak canopy, as is the shower and its massage jets. - In the 2nd suite (Natural Room): natural fibers are highlighted for the night part; the bathroom is dressed in white waxed concrete and two huge floor-to-ceiling mirrors. - The 3rd bedroom (Canopy Room) has a more intimate tone with its canopy bed and Versailles parquet; the bathroom highlights the terracotta, produced locally. To access the lower floor, we take a staircase punctuated by beautiful silk suspensions created in Vietnam and dressed with a lovely fresco. - At the bottom, the 4th suite (Persian Room) was designed in a very southern spirit with its Persian doors and touches of yellow. The bathroom is also dressed in yellow with custom terracotta tiles made by the Versace workshop. It is this same level – that of the terrace – that hosts the open kitchen where wood, travertine and lime coexist. Meals are shared on a 3-meter table specially created by the decorator, in hammered wrought iron and burnt wood in the Versailles style, enhanced by white linen chairs and silk suspensions. Two living rooms are available to residents: a fireplace lounge with its looped wool sofas (exclusive creation) and its window framed on Saint-Paul; or a TV lounge with its Gervasoni white linen sofas and its 4-meter bay window with a view. Naturally, you can also have your meal outside on the eastern part of the terrace and return to enjoy the evening lights in the garden... Thus pass the bright days at the villa "Les Restanques", whose common point will be this view that definitely gives a unique charm to the place. Other things to note There is €200 to be given to the person who will welcome you, these are the cleaning, bed linen and bathroom linen fees. During the check-in inventory, a €2,500 card imprint is taken for the deposit, this imprint is immediately released during Check Out if there has been no damage found. It is also specified that for pool heating a supplement will be requested according to the number of days. For your information, on Thursdays the gardener takes care of the garden and on Friday mornings there is the cleaning of the pool.
