We offer a nice family house of 80 m² located on St Pierre d'Oléron. 500 m from the city center, 300 m from the first supermarkets and bakeries, it is located in a very quiet area. It is possible to park a vehicle in the garden, free spaces are also available on the street. The first beaches are 15 min by bicycle or 5/10 min by car! (The house stays cool, no need for air conditioning) Purebred Oléronnais, I can advise you if necessary :) The space The accommodation is newly renovated, well-equipped and the bedding is quality :) There is fiber optic Wi-Fi and a large QLED flat screen in the living room. A large terrace and umbrella will allow you to dine outdoors, with direct access to the kitchen! Enclosed garden of about 350 m2, wooded. Guest access The entire property is accessible except the garage. Other things to note Linens and towels are available for an additional €15 per bed.
