Right in the heart of Orrell Park this charming maisonette sits in an excellent area close to local amenities such as a supermarket, train station as well as local takeaways and restaurants. Located only a 11 minutes from Liverpool football stadium in taxi, why not catch a game or head into the city centre from the local train station which is a lovely 5 minute walk from the property. The space The maisonette sits on the ground floor and consists of a cosy living room with a Tv, sofa bed as well as table and chairs for relaxing. From the living room we have a nice small kitchen that is easy to navigate and has all the things you would need to cook a hearty meal such as a microwave, cooker, utensils as well as glasses and pans. Moving upstairs sits the main bedroom with a comfy double bed and and ample room to hang your clothes or belongings. Last but no means least we have a nice bathroom with sink, mirrors and bath. The house is professionally cleaned by a local company and each guest changeover receive fresh towels and bed linen, freshly laundered and ironed. The maisonette has its limitations as due to its age, it’s never going to be as modern as a new apartment, but the discount in its prices are phenomenal which makes it permanently in high demand. Guest access Guests will have access to the maisonette as well as the main building communal area which has the tumble dryer for drying your clothes. Most people walk to anything local, get the train into the city and drive to Southport, Preston etc. The maisonette is quiet considering it just comes off Walton Vale shopping area, which is always bustling. Parking is FREE on the driveway or on the road if the driveway is full. Other things to note Energy usage such as gas & electricity is paid for by guests due to our discounted rates and additional energy supplies and consumables are easily purchased from anywhere by smartphone or local shops. We give you a starting amount of energy on the meters, (min £5 on each), so the flat is fully functional upon your arrival.
