2022 NEW private Mother-in-law suite, within minutes of the gorgeous Columbia River, hiking/biking trails, water equipment rentals, wineries, orchards, farmers markets. Located in low traffic neighborhood next to beautiful Country Mercantile and Park. Stocked kitchenette - Keurig, microwave, and hot plate. Oatmeal and coffee provided. Living room - sleeper sofa, 55” Roku TV, dining table. Separate bedroom - full bed, washer/dryer. No additional cleaning fee. The space Brand new Mother in Law Suite completed in May of 2022. Lots of natural light, modern, very well designed use of space. The suite is designed for 1-4 guests with 1 bedroom, and 1 living/dining/cooking space with pullout bed and 1 adjoining bathroom. Guest access Private entrance. You will have your own space for parking in the driveway (1 car) plus space for street parking for more. This suite is yours. It is blocked off from our house with an exterior door, weather stripping, lock, and chain to help ensure privacy. You will hear some of our home noise. Other things to note We speak Spanish!
