Visit St. Lawrence Market, then stroll the streets of Distillery District and stop at some great cafes, restaurants, and bars. Later drift off to sleep under the twinkle of fairy lights. The space NOTE: this is not a shared space. You will have the whole place to yourself. Originally a knitting and textile factory in the early 1900s, this industrial-age gem has changed several times since the second world war to be home to a furniture company, a greeting card manufacturer, and a pant factory. Guest access The entire suite is yours to enjoy! There are no shared accommodations here. Other things to note There is a ZERO tolerance policy on loud noise in the building. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances and those who violate this rule will be removed from the property. There is only 1 queen sized bed on the upper floor of the loft. Can sleep 6 people comfortably as 2 of the sleeping spaces are fold-out twin couches and there are 2 queen size air mattresses. Would recommend the fold out couches forchildren or shorter people. The air mattresses are more comfortable than the fold out couches. Can sleep up to 8 people, which may not be as comfortable. Please watch your head on the upstairs space as there are iron beams and the ceiling is 6’ high. No live music allowed. Please be mindful of my neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. No smoking of any kind in the suite - tobacco or cannabis. Please keep in mind that this is a two floor walk up and no elevator is available. While the unit is the perfect boho chic vibe, the building has stayed true to it's historical nature. If you are flying into Toronto Pearson International Airport, I strongly recommend taking the UP Express train into the city. It is a 25 min ride to Union Station and there is free wifi on board. My building is a very short Uber ride from union station. It’s super convenient and you’ll avoid road traffic into the city.
