The second bedroom consists of two double beds. The third bedroom has a twin size daybed. All bedrooms have TV's where you can access your favorite streaming apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with the following: * Keurig Coffee Machine w/complimentary coffee pods, sugar & creamer * Toaster * Blender * Air Fryer * Complete Pots and Pans set * Assorted Condiments * Complete set of dishware and utensils * Dish soap & sponge Starter supplies are provided including coffee, sugar, creamer, paper towels, and trash bags. Please note these will not be replenished during your stay, and you may need to purchase more depending on use. You will have access to the covered carport, and there is also plenty of free street parking. Check-in is extremely easy as the house is equipped with a smart lock. You will receive your own secure access code prior to your arrival date. We also provide the following amenities: * Iron & Ironing Board * Extra towels * Wi-Fi * Shampoo, conditioner, body wash * 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bath * Hand soap Guest access Guests are able to check in to the house at any time of day (after check in time). You will receive your access code prior to arrival. Other things to note With this listing you are reserving the main house. Please note there is a tenant occupying a small attached studio at the rear of the property. Please do not use the small porch in the back of the house as this is reserved for the Studio tenant. You will have shared access to the covered parking which holds 2 compact cars. Plenty of street parking is also available. Please do not block the driveway if it is in use. Surveillance cameras are along the entire exterior of the property for both your protection and ours. There are no security cameras inside the home. Please note there is an additional fee for a 7th and 8th guest of $50 per guest per night. Make sure you include the correct number of guests at the time of your reservation.
