It is relaxing and peaceful overlooking fields in one direction and a lake on the other. Private entrance onto property. Located in Ruby. 20 minutes from Lincoln and 12 minutes from Seward and Concordia University. This home features a 2 bedroom (king bed and full bed), 1 bath, and free parking on premise. Grill out or use the firepit for smores! There is a lot of yard space for yard games, catching fire flies, picnics, and walks around the lake. This home is furnished with all the essentials. Plan on staying to relax, rejuvenate, and rest from the busyness of life. Guests have access to the entire house and is equipped for grilling, baking, cooking, playing games, watching movies, and more. There are numerous RV residents located around the lake. Please respect these guests privacy and property as well as the home in which you will be staying at. **Speed Limit is 10mph** Quiet hours begin at 10:30pm. There is a railroad crossing close by and trains go by frequently and anytime. No parties. No candles. No smoking inside the house. No diving into the lake. **Pets are welcome** They may be unleashed in the yard of the house as long as someone is outside with them. Please leash the dog(s) if you walk around the lake as the RVs are close to the road and we want to respect others and their property. Dogs are NOT allowed to swim in the lake. Turn the A/C to 77 degrees during the spring/summer months or heater to 68 during the fall/winter months at checkout before you leave. There is a gate to the driveway entrance from the road and will be given a code within the week of arrival. From there drive down the driveway and the house is on the left with plenty of parking in front of the white gate. The house is keyless entry. Please ensure you close and lock the doors of the house at checkout. There are fishing poles available upon request. It is catch and release fishing. There are two poles with red and yellow tape on them near the lake that is the area that you may fish. Respect this property as you would your own. Private entrance at road with long lane. House is located on the left. RV park is around the lake. Family friendly residents. Please respect the residents privacy and property. Parking is in front of the house. The speed limit is 10 mph. You may walk or drive around the lake on the lane going proper speed limit.
