Villa "Les Acacias" Downtown – Port

Character villa on a 500 m2 wooded plot located at the end of a private driveway with secure electric gate. At the foot of the shops, 200 m from the Port, the JOA Casino and the Parc de la Navale (many concerts and summer evenings). Less than 3 km long and with more than a kilometer of fine white sand, you will find Sablettes Beach: water activities, restaurants, amusement park and fireworks once a week during the summer. Happy holidays, see you soon! The space The villa is over 200 years old, it is classified as a regional heritage site. For the past two years, I have been renovating and refurbishing it to best accommodate guests who want to discover our beautiful Var region... It has all the comforts you could hope for thanks to its many amenities and recreational facilities such as Billiards, Foosball, but also a petanque court, as well as the outdoor bar for barbecue aperitifs... But also a video projector for your movie nights, blind tests, sports! On its grounds you will find several trees including three acacias from which it takes its name... Guest access Apart from the top floor office, and my workshop, guests have access to the entire area of the villa, a little over 200 m2. Other things to note You will find ideas for activities during your stay on site: Hiking, beaches, surfing or paddle spots but also village tours!
