Quick drive to Loon and Cannon Mtns for skiing, and Clarks Trading Post, Whale's Tale Waterpark, Lost River Gorge, Franconia Notch, Loon Mountain glacial caves with scenic gondola ride for summer fun. WINTER RENTAL PREFERENCE: Dec 1- Mar 31 The space The residence is situated at the very end of the complex and borders on forested parkland. It is comprised of three levels: 1st level has a living room with new TV, dining room with a table for 8 and a breakfast bar for an additional 4 people, bathroom with shower, washer & dryer, an electric fireplace log which does not give off heat, and a back door fronting woodlands. 2nd level has 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds and AC units (one bedroom has a TV) and a full bath with tub/shower. 3rd level loft bedroom can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Sorry, no cats allowed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit. Other things to note *GRILL: Please clean the grill after each use, as we do have bears in the area! *Check-Out: -Check out time on your day of departure is 10:00am. (Charges will apply for late departures.) -Empty refrigerator and clean up debris from floors and counters. -Take all trash/recyclables to appropriate dumpsters and lock dumpsters securely to prevent bear visits. -Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on dishwasher. -Leave beds unmade and place all used towels in the bathroom. Please hang any wet towels over tub edge to dry. -Return any moved furniture, lamps, and utensils to original location. *Set all room thermostats to OFF in summer and winter *Turn off all lights, fans, and A/C units *Close and lock all windows and doors *Please put the keys back in the lockbox and hang the two guest keychain keys on living room key hook. *Please leave kitchen sink cabinet open upon departure to protect plumbing from freezing during winter months. ***Set BATHROOM thermostats and front door TOYO heater to 55 degrees.
