Private room with bathroom available in our penthouse apartment in the centre of town. This place needs to be seen to be believed, perfectly placed for a very short walk into the city with beautiful views. The apartment is shared with myself, including the large open-plan living room and kitchen in the centre, and each bedroom in their own private wing. The apartment comes with all of the necessary amenities for a stay in Wellington. Available August to early September only. The space The room you would stay in has large floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of Te Ahumairangi, The Terrace, and Mount Kaukau. There is ample storage space in the wardrobe, and a large bathroom with a shower. The lounge is spacious, with views of the harbour, city, and mountains in an open-plan layout that includes the kitchen and dining area. Guest access Guests have access to their own private bedroom and bathroom, with shared access to the kitchen, dining area, and lounge.
