The space Located in the sought-after Marina Park Resort, our home benefits from access to all resort amenities including the large communal pool, gardens and tennis courts (10€ per use plus 10€ refundable deposit). The marina along with its bars, restaurants and activities is a short 10-minute stroll away, the golden sands of Meia Praia a mere 17 minutes and the vibrant old town around 20-minutes. ACCESS The apartment is located on the first floor of the condominium building and can be accessed via elevator. There are three stairs leading up to the apartment door, so please take this into consideration when booking. BEDROOM Our stylish and tranquil bedroom benefits from a super comfortable, raised double bed super comfortable double bed along with a fitted wardrobe, drawers and air conditioning which cools and heats the room. Here, you will be sure to have a cosy night's sleep. The bedroom is located at the front of the property with its window facing towards the communal walkway. As Casa Andorinha is the corner apartment it is very unlikely that anyone passes by the window. BATHROOM The modern bathroom is located between the bedroom and the living space. With a bath along with shower overhead guest have the option of a quick shower in between adventures or a long soak in the bath at the end of a beach day. KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING SPACE At the end of the apartment, you will find a beautifully refurbished living space with almost wall to wall double glazed doors providing a frame for a stunning tree top view. This room incorporates a newly fitted, well-equipped kitchen along with a raised eating area and a relaxing living space perfect for lounging and delving into a good book. This space is fitted with air-conditioning to keep you cool on the warmest of summer days and warm on the coolest of winter nights. BALCONY The living space leads onto a large balcony which has beautiful, uninterrupted treetop views. This is the perfect place to sip on your morning coffee or sunset wine and relax to the sounds of the swallows. POOL AND TENNIS COURTS You will have access to the resort’s large communal pool, gardens and tennis courts. The pool and gardens are free of charge to guests. The tennis courts come at a cost of 10€ per use plus a 10€ refundable deposit. WINTER LONGER STAYS (28 nights or more) ELECTRICITY IS INCLUDED in the long term winter rental rate, however, as always we ask for guests to be responsible and to turn off the air conditioning when they leave the property. Once heating is turned on, the apartment warms up very quickly and so it isn't essential for it to be left on to keep the place warm. For those heavily discounted longer stays a cleaning service is offered every second week during which bed linen/covers and towels will be refreshed. ALGARVIAN WINTERS As lovely as the weather can be here, we feel that it is important to note that it can get quite chilly during the winter months. Unfortunately, most of buildings in the Algarve are not built for the colder winter weather. As a result, homes are often somewhat on the cold side. Our home is double glazed, equipped with air conditioning with a heating mode, a dehumidifier and blankets. This is usually enough to keep the property warm, however we advise that you bring your cozy clothing and perhaps some thick socks/slippers. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the property. Along with the property guests will have access to the resorts communal pool, gardens along with its tennis courts (10€ per session). There are many free of charge, street side parking options in the area. Other things to note The property is professionally cleaned and sanitised between each booking. For stays exceeding 10 nights, a weekly cleaning service can be provided upon request, during which towels and bed linen will be refreshed. For heavily discounted stays of 28 nights or more, this cleaning service is offered every two weeks. Registration Details 130252/AL
