Bring your own water & tent/camper. Muckboots available: bit musty. Neighbor's dog infrequently barking: recommend ear plugs/white noise. Winter tick level: low. Fall: medium high. The space Water free flat spot near barbed wire fence in a prairie in progress in a small field ringed by evergreens and deciduous trees. The mostly flat spots in clear view from small residential road. Some uneven spots partially private from same road. **Expect sound of trailers and equipment all night as they travel over small creek bridge adjacent.**No internet = no cell signal** Wear mosquito netting/long clothing or repellent. Tick repellent sometimes available at Walmart. Breathable fabrics for heat (heat continues through late October: 2022 was 105 F for last week of October). Early Oct. 2023 currently low 90's with 70 F low. Earplugs: nearby dog my bark for hours left outside at night. 2 roosters crow by 5am/just before sunrise. They crow when hear predators at night. Fall: crickets. Summer: cicadas and frogs loud all night and often during the day. Bats may be seen dining on mosquitoes at dusk: particularly if you shine your headlights on field from parking space by red reflectors. Flora and fauna in abundance...no onsite fishing available, no horseback trail rides available nearby: mostly east of NW Arkansas and SW in Oklahoma. However can contact individual horse stables to arrange a one time lesson. Uneven growth but almost flat...tread carefully for low spots/rocks. Make noise to avoid snakes. Location: The driveway entrance is where you enter. Note there is a hard to see deep tiny creek running along the main road and in view of the one guest at a time camping pasture: vehicles could fall into it if they don't stay on the paved road & gravel driveway. Transportation: No bus service here/no public transportation. Limited sidewalks on HWY 59 and none on Uniontown HWY. You'll have your own enclosed private compost toilet that we will place into septic upon your departure. Toilet enclosure not currently waterproof so we'll cover toilet with trash bag to keep dry if any chance of rain. No water access: we will provide two clean buckets of city water for your personal use. No bathroom or kitchen access: do not use cooking equipment in the pasture. No fires. No drug use, including alcohol and nicotine on property kindly: goal is a fire free, quiet peaceful farmstay despite the risk of neighbors retriever barking for hours on end middle of night or day. This and the initially high price before we return $20 cash (not per night) to guests who stay without playing audible digital music (acoustic welcome til 9am to 9pm/our neighbors can't see the pasture unless driving by but sound seems to carry here easily) and leaving no debris for us to clean up we hope will prevent peace disturbing guests from staying. The cash return upon meeting check out requirements: we will send you drop spot location information upon check in. Other things to note $20 sent via AirBnB if determine you followed instructions: 24 hour quiet hours, no drug (nicotine/ethanol/alcohol use) and left the spot they way you found it, no debris so no clean up.
