I am your host and live in the main house, surrounded by a patio with an old stone wall, which creates a lovely separation between the guesthouse and my own private living space. Your Casita is around 100m distance from my house and surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees and many plants. The guesthouse has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, seating and sunbathing area which is shared between the two rooms. Each room has its own entrance, A/C and ensuite bathroom. Guest access Set in an expansive, protected natural park, there are only a view houses in the direct neighbourhood. The house has lots of privacy with 3000m2 of private, fully fenced land. You can park right in front of the property and have your own private entrance. There is a lovely garden around your casita with trees, a wooden platform and an outdoor shower for your use. Other things to note The outdoor terrace and seating area is covered with a rainproof roof and receives lots of sunshine over the winter months!
