Cozy 3 bedroom pool bill in Lamai

This good size villa gives you a spacious living area with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With it’s open plan living area, the floor to ceiling sliding glass door, you will enjoy lots of natural light and great view. With the smart design, you don’t get over watched by others, yet it is still in a well maintained community so it’s not stand alone. The house is with aircon, fully furnished and has a full kitchen. Ideal for a few day getaway, or a longer stay! We will do our best to serve you. The space The guests can enjoy the whole space of the house. You enter the house with a few stairs then you enter the ground floor where two bedrooms and the pool are at the same level. To reach to the 3rd bedroom, guests need to access from the stairs near the pool to go down one level so for the 3rd bedroom guests are expected to enjoy a little more privacy. Other things to note Due to covid our rate is still not 100% back to its normal rate, therefore for bookings we need to collect electricity charge. Please check with me before making the reservation if you have any questions about this part. We also need to collect a damage deposit in cash (can he foreign currency) which is fully refundable at check out.
