Ideal for family or friend gatherings. This large house with its garden is located in the countryside, in the middle of the fields 30 minutes from Fontainebleau and 1 hour south of Paris. Our house has 6 bedrooms including 1 in Mezzanine, 3 bathrooms with shower, 3 separate toilets, 1 large living/dining room for 25 guests, a kitchen equipped with 2 fridges. It is practical, simple, bright and offers beautiful spaces. The space On the ground floor: entrance with a coat closet, living/dining room, kitchen equipped with: 2 fridges (1 with a small freezer), 1 oven, 1 induction hob, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 filter coffee makers, 1 kettle, 1 toaster. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 separate toilet. Upstairs: bedrooms, (the mezzanine: bedroom 4, is located on a bedroom, there is 1 door downstairs for more tranquility), a play area or office, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 separate toilets. Sleeping arrangements: 5 beds of 140x200, 5 bunk beds 90x200, 5 beds 90x200. Bedding is provided. Access to the house by 6 steps, house not suitable for PRM. Outdoor: Garden tables and chairs available. The outdoor gas plancha 58x38cm is available from May to September. For your weekend (2 nights): 25 people in total maximum (including for meals and in the garden). For longer stays, contact us. Other things to note Towels are not provided. We have bed linen on each bed, beds are to be made upon your arrival. Floor mattresses are not accepted. For your weekends, handing over the keys on Friday nights and resuming on Sunday evening if you wish. Baby amenities are available on request at no extra charge. You have a private location for your cars and a garden. Tents are not accepted. Pets not allowed on the whole property. Fryers, accras, donuts not accepted. No fires, scented candles, charcoal barbecue, fireworks, or sparklers. Student nights and student weekends not allowed.
