The Serenity Escape(TV in both Rooms/king Bed)

Cute back unit of house with two rooms. It will make you feel peaceful and effervescent. It's attached to the front house but with private separate entrance. It's central to Torrance Beach, Redondo Beach, Lomita and Palos Verdes/Rolling Hills. 10 minutes to beach, 15 minutes to the pier, 35 minutes to LAX airport. Across the street from shopping center, movie theater, and many eateries. (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Peet's Coffee, lots of restaurants.) High speed internet only. The space Comes with kitchenette, and a nice size refrigerator, microwave, hot plate. Free coffee and coin washer/dryer. Street free parking only. My handyman and I park on the very skinny driveway so it cannot be blocked at any time. No cats. (too much fur cleanup) One dog only-under 25 pounds. Short fur only please. Guest access Shared private patio with only one other unit. Shared coin $2.00washing machine//dryer. Other things to note NO parties or loud music or events please. No smoking in the house or patio. (The people in main house can hear through the wall if you’re loud) Basic high speed internet. You stream your own channels.
