Very quiet feel-good room with private entrance

Welcome to my place in the Wittelsbacher Land, with its beautiful hiking trails and beer gardens. Obergriesbach is a tranquil village that invites you to relax, but also its very central location (50 km to Munich, 20 km to Augsburg, 70 km to Ingolstadt) make it particularly attractive. You will feel very comfortable with me and enjoy your stay. The space is very quietly located on the outskirts of the village in the immediate vicinity of the forest and has its own entrance and parking right outside the door. The two rooms are next to each other in the basement of my EFH. The first room is fully furnished like an apartment and has: - A fully equipped built-in kitchen with fridge and freezer - Dining table with 4 chairs - Sofa bed - Two dressers and a closet - Small cloakroom area - Wi-Fi and TV The dining table can also be used as a work table. A second bedroom and study can be booked as an option. Single booking is not possible. The two rooms together then have apartment nicer. The additional costs incurred for this are: - Bookings for 1 - 2 persons: EUR 6.00 surcharge per day - Bookings of 3-4 people: No extra charge Cost calculation is done separately after booking. The bathroom has a big shower, a washing machine and enough space for drying clothes. During your stay I would love to host you soon.
