Very quiet feel-good room with private entrance

Welcome to my place in the Wittelsbacher Land, with its beautiful hiking trails and beer gardens. Obergriesbach is a tranquil village that invites you to relax, but also its very central location (50 km to Munich, 20 km to Augsburg, 70 km to Ingolstadt) make it particularly attractive. You will feel very comfortable with me and enjoy your stay. The space is very quietly located on the outskirts in the immediate vicinity of the forest and has its own entrance and parking right outside the door. The two rooms are located next to each other in the basement of my single-family home. The first room is fully furnished like an apartment and has: - A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge-freezer - Dining table with 4 chairs - Living room sofa bed - Two dressers and a closet - Small wardrobe corner - Wi-Fi and TV The dining table can also be used as a work table. A second bedroom and study can optionally be booked at the same time. A single booking is not possible. The two rooms together then have apartment character. The additional costs for this are: - Bookings of 1 - 2 persons: 4.00/EUR surcharge per day - Bookings of 2 - 4 people: no extra charge The cost calculation is made separately after booking. The bathroom has a large shower, a washing machine and enough space to dry laundry. During your stay I would love to host you soon.
