Here in the quiet part of town, you will find an authentic mountain living experience. This condo has 3 levels which will comfortably accommodate 8 people, up to 10 with the pull-out sofa. It features 2 private bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a queen Bed, and two queen Beds in the loft. There are two full bathrooms located on the ground floor and one on the main level. You will love spending time in this space and making new memories with your friends and family at the 8+ person wooden dining table. This unit features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You can sit around the fireplace while staring at the mountains or you can play games in the game room! This place is perfect for your group to get away. Room 1: Queen Bed Room 2: Queen Bed Loft: Upstairs, 2 Queen beds Common Space: 1 Queen Size Pull-Out Couch 2 Full Bathrooms We recommend a maximum occupancy of 8 in this unit. The price is based on 4 adults, with an extra person charge of $25 per person for additional adults. Kids under 16 stay free. The price will automatically adjust as you update your party details. If your group exceeds 8 persons, the extra person charge must be paid directly to the front desk. **PET FRIENDLY UPON REQUEST $25 Per Night** Guest access Check in is at the front desk where you will be given directions to all of the amenities the complex has to offer like the POOL and SAUNA. We kindly ask that you use no glass in the pool area. The shared Pool and Hot Tub are open! Other things to note We are pet friendly and this will incur a $25.00 (+Tax) per pet, per night fee. Please review our Pet Policy: The place will allow a MAXIMUM of 2 pets per room. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or around the hotel pool areas. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Pets must be kept on a leash when on property in accordance with the national park law. Pet owners must abide by the clean-up after your pet law. If these policies are breached at any time pet owners will be penalized. We will require the name and breed of your pet for our records as well as the pet payment at the FRONT DESK THE DAY OF CHECK-IN.
