The house in the woods

The newly renovated house is surrounded by woods, at an altitude of 1150 metres, and is equipped with wifi and modern security devices. With a private entrance and a lovely equipped patio, you can enjoy wonderful outdoor lunches. The surrounding garden overlooks the woods of Oltrepò Pavese, and is also equipped with a stargazing station with the telescope! The house is for up to 4 people. It is accessed from the patio with a separate entrance. Upon entering, there is an open-plan space with a sofa, a reading corner, and a sleeping area with a double bed. The living area consists of an 8-seater dining table, kitchenette with fridge and freezer, Nespresso, microwave. Small laundry space, bathroom with a large shower. There's also a corner with a bunk bed. Out of a concern for the environment and for your relaxation, we do not provide TVs. Guests are welcome to use their own devices via our free Wi-Fi. The flat is equipped with CO/CO₂/smoke/gas detectors and a fire extinguisher. Remotely controlled heating with heaters, plus air conditioners (heat pumps). Newly furnished apartment, recently renovated, cool in summer and warm in winter, thanks to the thermal insulation, ventilated crawl space, modern systems and in accordance with the law. Car/motorcycle/ bike parking in the internal courtyard. Private patio and large enclosed garden, where you can use the barbecue (charcoal not provided) and, upon request, 2 sun loungers are available. For amateur astronomers, there are two observation pitches available, equipped with an electrically powered column with a mount for EQ6 and 3/8" UNC telescopes (e.g., ZWO). Other things to note The cost for using the washing machine is 10 euros per wash, 15 euros for washing and drying. The washing machine is activated remotely via the app. Pets are prohibited. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi. 3 towels are provided per guest. In the kitchen: you will find pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, cups, coffee cups and some utensils. In addition to Nespresso, there is a traditional coffee machine (moka) but coffee is not provided. You will find double and fine salt, a small bottle of oil, and placemats. We always leave some Nespresso capsules available, but we suggest you bring your own capsules for long stays. We do not provide paper napkins or plastic cups/cutlery. For the safety of guests, the property is equipped with an external video surveillance system (signalled and placed on the entrance gate), gas and CO2 detection devices with audible alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit.
